Rashmi Ranade

Rashmi Ranade, Product Design: 1989, is not just an individual designer but an institute in herself. Her work at Studio Coppre is born out of passion for design combined with love of the material - Copper, artisans who work with it and India's heritage. She has successfully proven that heritage can be re-interpreted to modern day relevance. Rashmi is undoubtedly the reason for revival of copper craft of Maharahstra and is now expanding her work to other craft clusters of West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh.
