Block printing is one of the noted printmaking methods and is an easy to adapt process to print a large quantity or lengths of fabric together or at once. Patterns are printed with bold designs with great combination of colors and detailed works are done on the fabric. A large quantity of fabric is printed and sent to the market where there it is cut and used as material for chudidhars, stoles or other wears. They are used as curtains, wall hangings, tablecloths, and dress materials. The amount is settled for large quantity of fabric printed. Block print technique has stood strong from ages and is a great technique to obtain designs on a large quantity of fabric.
