Mirakle Couriers is a newly established courier company, the specialty being that they employ only deaf adults. The objective of my project was to develop a system of sorting mails.
Research included understanding the system and behavioral habits of the workers of Mirakle couriers. Sorting of mails came across as the most important activity, but at the same time was carried out for only a few hours in the day. This required the system to be compact, space saving and adaptable to the existing system. While the system addresses the existing problems, the modular system ensures that it accommodates the future expansion of the company.
