Cutlery for Indian Cuisine

Western cutlery is not designed for Indian food. Yet, we manage to eat rice items etc. with them, as it is convenient. This leaves out major items like roti, dosa and paratha that are almost impossible to eat with western cutlery. Hence, the goal of the project was to design cutlery for an item of Indian food (dosa), for use in up-scale restaurants or aircrafts, where one might not want to get their hands messy.
